Alongside the many techniquess on offer in the workshop, my Master Class gives the student an opportunity to spend a day either working on a subject already under way or just at the very beginning. With Space to discuss ideas and the many techniques available to produce an individual piece of embroidered textile. This is a great way to swap ideas and open up the possibility of adopting a new approach to a piece of work.
Easy ways to accomplish a design. This is a workshop prepared particularly for those students who find it difficult to know where to begin. No one need be afraid of designing and it is not necessary to be able to draw or paint. The day begins with easy ways to accomplish a design to fit the student's criteria, and follows through to the many ways of adapting it into textiles. This can be great fun abd guarantees at least four workable designs by the end of the day.
